We recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house in York. It was the perfect place to stay with such easy access to the centre of York. The owners have a very efficient arrangement with a local guest house, where you can park the car for £10 a day. Once parked we were able to walk in and out of York with everything being around 10 minutes away. The local high street is the perfect place for a beautiful breakfast before a day of exploring York.

The house is beautifully presented with everything you need for a home away from home experience. The media room and all the games were a hit with our adult children. The beds were very comfortable and the house was equipped with plenty of essentials, meaning we didn’t have to shop for cleaning or bathroom supplies.

We were able to communicate easily with the hosts and they were very responsive to our questions.

We would definitely recommend this place for a stay in York.
We live in Australia but will definitely be back next time we visit the UK.
