All Three Houses

We were a group of nine old Uni friends and we used all three houses listed (House of York). There was sufficient room at 107 to gather together for breakfasts and early evening drinks before going on to restaurants locally and in the city centre.

Our base was perfect for us...local amenities, cafes, bars and restaurants and it was easy to walk into the city centre for sightseeing purposes. Clare and Alistair provide lots of local information on York which is helpful. Over our three nights, we had a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable beds too; the only drawback was the noise level, in the early mornings, from traffic outside which disturbed those in the front bedrooms of 107 and 109. It wouldn't stop me going back however! Alistair was in regular contact to help out if we had any problems. Superb hosts!
